Gantrex has developed a new rail fastening clip, the RailLokTM BG05, which is the latest addition to the company’s RaillokTM Series.
The new BG05 Boltable Clip was developed by the Gantrex in-house R&D department. The RailLokTM BG05 aims to optimise the size of the fastener while respecting the forces the clip must sustain. It is the latest in Gantrex’s expanding range of clips for the automated warehouse industry, resisting to a maximum lateral force of 25kN.
The RailLokTM BG05 clip, which is designed specifically for the warehousing industry, is adapted to a large range of rails used. R&D experts tested the lateral resistance and the uplift resistance under all kind of conditions. As for all the clips of the RaillokTM Series, the new BG05 clip features the patented ‘Active Contact’ design that allows for quick, easy and efficient installation.
The company states it is convinced that the Gantrex RailLokTM BG05 Clip will become the standard in the warehousing industry. RailLokTM BG05 officially launched at the at LogiMAT in Stuttgart, Germany.
