TFC’s key adaptations to VMI 10 July 2020

TFC Ltd has been working on ways it can support customers and their VMI supply chain systems during the Covid-19 pandemic. Crises such as this help to identify system and process changes to maintain continuity and even build business going forward.

TFC believes these changes could make a significant difference to VMI systems, and it has the experience and ability to adapt to users’ needs while working closely with the user to monitor their top KPIs to ensure optimum performance.

To enable its customers to benefit from its expertise, TFC brings together a team with specialists in operations, purchasing, sales, logistics and more. This enables its customers to benefit from just one contact, but with the skills and expertise of a full team.

TFC has made many adaptations to support customer VMI supply chain, these include pre-stocking VMI bins; labelling VMI pre-delivery; providing detailed online VMI propsals; offering overnight or weekend installations; making convenient TFC PPE vending machines available; as well as sourcing PPE for customers from global partners.

To further keep customers safe, and to adhere to all current guidelines, TFC will also be overseeing hygiene standards; conducting operational risk assessments; observing social distancing and minimising time on-site.
