New to the norelem range are toggle fasteners with concealed screw holes designed for effective functionality and an attractive design. The components are suitable for frequent opening and closing, such as fastening and closing machine panels, hoods, transport containers or crates.
The concealed screw holes in the component ensure that the toggle fasteners are safe from manipulation and vandalism. All functional parts are protected under the high-strength die-cast housing. With this design, there are no contours which protrude outwards.
The toggle latches are available either as high-gloss chrome plated, matt chrome plated, or black powder coated models. Additionally, users can choose between versions with or without a cylinder lock. Two keys are supplied for latches with a cylinder lock.
The toggle fasteners and the counter hook can be riveted or screwed on. The component construction, as well as exceeding the dead centre position, guarantee a vibration-proof attachment. The maximum load is 1,200N.
