Eurobond is adding to its range of UV curing adhesives with the launch of Eurobond Dome Coating, designed to add a third dimension to name badges, pins, broches and jewellery.
The new high performance Eurobond Dome Coating is optically clear and will cure dry to touch in seconds when subjected to a focused and concentrated beam of UV light using either a 365Nm or 405Nm light source.
Eurobond Adhesives’ new product is a one component coating that cures faster and is easier to use than the company’s two component coatings. It cures to a hard and durable finish that is resistant to yellowing with age and demonstrates resistance to water and cold temperatures. It doesn’t require mixing, has no waste and is bubble free. Eurobond Dome Coating will bond to metals, glass, gems, some plastics and coated papers. Eurobond UV Dome coating will be available in 250g and 1kg bottles.
