FLEX-Elektrowerkzeuge GmbH has introduced a new 12 volt cordless rotary hammer drill, the FHE 1-16 12-EC. With an impact force of 1.5 joules, combined with a high drilling speeds, this lightweight tool is the new cordless partner for professionals in the construction industry, as well as electricians, painters, plumbers and heating engineers.
FLEX FHE 1-16 12-EC is the fastest rotary hammer drill in the company portfolio, equipped with a joule/weight ration that makes it the ideal problem solver for demanding drilling jobs in hard materials such as concrete and masonry, in drywall or metal construction, as well as in the installation sector.
Besides impressing with its performance, the new FLEX rotary hammer drill also scores points with numerous innovative functions that make everyday work easier. A removable and adjustable depth stop can be easily adjusted to the respective drilling depth, ensures precise and repeatable drilling. The tool also features the SDS-Plus system, an attachment that enables drill bits and accessories to be changed quickly and easily, saving time and increasing efficiency.
The user can conveniently choose between the hammer drilling and drilling functions using a selection of buttons, meaning to tool can be optimally adapted to the job in question. A chisel function is not required for this compact model, which contributes to weight reduction and manoeuvrability. Also, an integrated LED work light provides a clear view of the work area and an afterglow function guarantees that the work area remains illuminated even after the tool has been switched off.
