New line of pneumatic riveters from BRALO 18 November 2016

BRALO S.A has designed a complete range of five simple, durable and robust BNT riveters, which it states are a first class solution to customers in a variety of industries.

Each BNT riveter is manufactured with heavy-duty and extremely reliable parts, with all body castings made of high-quality forged tempered aluminium – giving the tools excellent strength and durability. Each tool also has a highly resistant rubber base enabling stability after every use.

The BNT riveters feature an ergonomic grip, which provides operators with more comfort during use. Materials and design also reduce the level of tool vibration giving greater comfort and avoiding potential operator injury.

New transparent mandrel collectors have also been designed to allow timely emptying and avoid jamming, which is one of the most commonly encountered problems among users.

The range of BNT riveters covers a wide variety of riveting requirements including the BNT-1 for standard aluminium or steel rivets from 3mm – 3.2mm – 4mm; BNT-2 for long stem S-trebol and peeled rivets; BNT-3 for 4.8mm stainless steel and structural rivets; BNT-4 for 6.4mm Hard Lock, 6mm Hard Grip, 6.4mm steel and 4.8mm structural rivets; and the BNT-5 for 6.5mm structural and 7.7mm S-trebol rivets.

BRALO BNT riveters also include an adjustable suction valve which, depending on the application, can be activated or not thus achieving energy savings – improving tool down time and speeding up production.

The weight of every riveter has been reduced due to improvements in the materials to satisfy the requirements of automotive and assembly line customers. “Our R&D department continuously strives to provide each riveter with an optimised travel distance and ideal drive force for every use of these hydro-pneumatic tools,” explains BRALO.

BNT riveters are approved for the most demanding industries – automotive, construction, infrastructure, electronics, appliances, and solar panels, and offer high performance where professional and quality riveting is essential.

BRALO, headquartered in Madrid, Spain, is known for its dedication to technological innovation and personalised service, designing together with its customers special stamping parts in different materials, sizes and finishes.

With three production plants located in Spain, Mexico and China, the company has an extensive sales network comprising nine delegations in Germany, the UK, Italy, Portugal, France, Turkey and the Czech Republic, with a production of over 3.6 billion pieces per year. BRALO offers twelve categories of rivets, among which are standard, multigrip, peeled, trebol, structural, cylindrical, grooved, hexagonal and half hexagonal insert nuts, as well as manual, pneumatic and battery operated riveters.
