INDEX concrete screws: One range, many solutions 03 April 2025

The INDEX range of concrete anchors is designed to provide safe, durable and efficient solutions for both structural and non structural applications, with simple, straightforward installation.

Approved for high loads in cracked and non-cracked concrete, as well as for non structural installations, INDEX concrete screws ensure high-quality standards and guarantee secure fastening in various scenarios – from structural beams and columns, to pipe fixings or wiring systems. The range is also seismic approved and fire rated.

With a design to enable quick and easy installation, these concrete screws from INDEX Fixing Systems (Técnicas Expansivas S.L) eliminate the need for dowels or torque spanners, which reduces installation times, costs and materials. In addition, these anchors generate a low preload on the concrete thanks to their mechanical interference operation, which allows for reduced edge and inter-anchor distances, facilitating the design and execution of the work.

All models within the range combine strength with ease of assembly and disassembly, offering flexibility for temporary or reusable projects. Products include the TH direct fixing bolt with Atlantis coating, approved for structural and non structural applications in cracked and non-cracked concrete. The TF zinc plated direct fixing bolt adds to the range, which is also for  structural and non structural applications in cracked and non-cracked concrete. Completing the range is the TX bimetal screw, which combines A2 stainless steel at the thread, with a hardened carbon steel tip to provide superior corrosion resistance without sacrificing the ability to penetrate concrete. The bi-metal technology ensures extended durability, even in harsh environments, such as coastal or industrial areas, resulting in fewer replacements and less maintenance over time.
