Hilti launches the next generation battery-powered concrete nail gun 29 October 2024

Hilti's latest innovation in sliding assembly and fixing in concrete is the battery-powered BX 4-22 nail gun, an ideal companion for professionals in the construction industry.

The launch surpasses its predecessor, the BX 3-22, offering enhancements such as wider nail length options, adjustable firing rate, optimisation for working in tight spaces, higher firing energy and a magazine that holds up to 40 nails per charge – making it a powerful upgrade for multiple jobs.

Suitable for nail lengths from 14mm to 45mm, the BX 4-22 offers greater flexibility for different types of jobs. An adjustable shooting speed means the tool can handle different concrete hardnesses and ensure the best possible results. BX 4-22’s angled magazine, which can load up to 40 nails per charge, makes it easy to work in tight spaces and deeper interior wall rails. Additionally, an integrated LED lights improves visibility in dark areas.
Another feature are the wider and taller outriggers that can be easily folded away when needed, providing greater stability and flexibility.

“Hilti continues to lead the way in innovative tool technology by delivering products that combine performance, productivity and safety. BX 4-22 is no exception and we look forward to seeing how it will improve workflow and efficiency for our customers,” comments Cecilia Foldén, category manager at Hilti.
