Eurobond Adhesives offer a broad range of high performance anaerobic adhesives and sealants to suit many different engineering applications.
Eurobond points out that its adhesives and sealants not only offer engineers both high-quality and high performance, they also enable them so save money within projects. The Eurobond adhesive range includes a wide range of products, such as the oil tolerant threadlocker, EBA243, which can be used on parts received with light oil film deposits already on them. Other products include the Eurobond Retaining compound EBA601, which is designed to secure all cylindrical parts including bearings, gears, and pulleys; as well as the hydraulic sealer EBA542, which is a tough, high pressure seal used on all types of threaded couplings. Eurobond highlights that the EBA542 is ideally suited to fitting valves, threaded couplings, adaptors, quick disconnect parts, compression fittings and vibration proofing joints.
Another product available from Eurobond is the EBA577 pipe seal, a high viscosity gel with good chemical and solvent resistance.The EBA577 cures rapidly, sealing instantly to 10 bar through its anaerobic cure systems in contact with metals in the absence of air. When fully cured it resists pressure of up to 350 bar. “EBA577 is not suitable for oxygen systems but ideal for sealing of all types of threaded connections against water, oil, and gases,” explains Eurobond.
