This set is the go-to tool for removing damaged wheel nuts and tackling challenging situations where locking wheel nuts or bolts need to be removed without their key. Fit one of the centring guides (depending on the size of wheel nut or bolt), then drill into the bolt with one of the extra-hard tungsten-steel drill bits supplied. After hammering one of the nut extractors into this hole, it is easy to undo and remove the wheel nut with the 17mm wheel nut socket in the kit.
