SHOXPROOF anti-vibration and anti-loosening technology from CZFastener (CZF), aims to address the root causes of loosening by utilising the virtualisation of thread clearances, rendering the transmission of vibrational forces through thread clearances ineffective in inducing loosening.
In the field of fasteners, the mechanism characteristic of using internal and external thread pairing is employed to achieve fastening purposes. The use of threaded connections is due to the loose-fit design of the fastener itself. Typically, to prevent loosening after assembly, numerous additional parts are added, leading to increased product costs, accumulation of mechanism weight and volume, as well as operational and managerial complexities.
Threads have always played a crucial role in the success and safety of mechanisms and machinery. Employing threads for connection to prevent component loosening is a necessary design requirement for mechanisms, preventing regrets stemming from minor impacts causing significant damage.
CZF works closely with its clients to ensure every fastener provided is not just a component, but a precise answer to a specific challenge. With a Taiwan patent (number I 722808) and US patent (number 12,006,962 B2), the SHOXPROOF anti-vibration and anti-loosening technology utilises the virtualisation of thread clearances. After assembly, the locking force of the fastener, combined with axial friction, enhances the tightening force significantly. The threaded assembly mechanism, after assembly, mutually suppresses and assists each other along various axes subjected to external force transmission, meaning it is capable of resisting forces from all directions, thus preventing loosening due to any external vibrations.
