With GESIPA® battery powered setting tools the environment can be protected and users can focus on sustainability.
GESIPA® does not waste energy for setting up or using the setting tool, it even uses the energy generated when decelerating the motor, after the rivet has been set, to charge the battery. When the rivet mandrel has broken off, the pulling mechanism immediately returns to its initial position and is thus ready for setting the next rivet. This means that the tool needs less energy in total, since both features ensure higher battery efficiency and a higher rivet setting frequency.
GESIPA points out that the jaws used in its ProSeries are hardened and provide secure grip even after having set hundreds of rivets, with other guns having long lost their bite by then.
The ergonomic design of the ProSeries tool makes work easy for the operator and is perfectly tailored to the operator's needs. The 2K handle fits comfortably in the user’s hand, and a work angle of 12° – in combination with a specially lightweight battery – enables users to continue to set one rivet after the other. In addition, short setting processes reduce noise to a minimum and relieve the strain on the operator‘s ears.
Last but not least, GESIPA tools are high-quality products, manufactured and tested in Germany with a long service life.
